What is the Sonoran Joint Venture?
The Sonoran Joint Venture (SJV) is a partnership involving a diversity of organizations and individuals from throughout the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico that share a common commitment to the conservation of all bird species and their habitats within this range.

What do we do?
The Sonoran Joint Venture's mission is to conserve the unique birds and habitats of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. We strive to integrate the strategies, goals, and objectives of existing regional, national, and international bird conservation plans and programs into a single strategic effort that will address the unique regional bird conservation needs of the SJV.
