Description: "Desert Ark" auditorium programs are entertaining natural history education presentations that combine audience participation, science demonstrations, and live animals from the Sonoran Desert Region. Each program is designed for 75 to 300 participants. K-2 program is 40 minutes long, 3-6 is 50 minutes. Cost: $150 for first program; $75 for each additional program (back to back).

Description: The Desert Museum education staff will visit your classroom and introduce students to natural science topics through the use of live animals, artifacts, and hands-on demonstrations. Two programs: Creatures of the Night and Desert Reptiles. Maximum 30 students per program. Cost: $180/program (2 program minimum); $60/ additional programs on same day).

NOTE: THIS PROGRAM IS BEING OFFERED FREE TO TUCSON METRO AREA 4TH GRADE CLASSROOMS UNTIL JANUARY 31 2005.
