(Washington, D.C., March 26, 2004) - The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announces the availability of the draft economic analysis and draft environmental assessment for the proposal to designate critical habitat for Mexican spotted owl (Strix occidentalis lucida) under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
